What are Patagonian seashells?

Small, sweet and delicate ~ perfect ocean gems. Smaller than seashells, Patagonian mussels are ideal for salads, tubers and many other uses. Collected on the Argentinian continental shelf, they are frozen separately and quickly (IQF) within an hour of harvest for optimal freshness.

Are Patagonian seashells seashells?

There are many different types of seashells out there, but I have found the average size of the Argentinian Patagonian seashell to be my absolute favorite. It is a smaller mold in the form of a wrapper, so it can be easily fried quickly and fit into pasta dishes, but it is not too small like a small bay mold.
